A Wellness Adventure will be held every Tuesday from February 23rd - April 27th from 6:00 to 7:30PM at the Schumo Center at Albright College. The program is free and is open to 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Children will learn about nutrition, social/emotional wellbeing and physical activity. All sessions will be taught by Albright College and Penn State Berks faculty, as well as a licensed dietitian from the Reading Hospital.
