Some of the doctors and staff for the Good Shepherd Hospital listen at the celebration of the one year anniversary. Many of the nurses are former orphans that Brother Henry was able to send to nursing school.
All of these women are in need of medical services. They all wait patiently until a doctor can see them.
Brother Henry had the vision from the Lord to reach out and help those who couldn’t help themselves. It is the continued love of many who support his dream. Once we saw the facilities that the poor were subjected to use, an urgent cry went out to do what we could to make life better. Look at the facilities of the Bone Setter Hospital and compare those with the Good Shepherd Hospital. You will see why Brother Henry’s vision was an act of God. And what is Brother Henry’s next vision? A nursing school in one of the existing buildings on the grounds of the mission, an off site AIDS clinic to address the epidemic present in many parts of India (for which he already has a location), and as many new children as we can sponsor.
