Thank you for your interest in serving in ministry with our children.
We participate in the Safe Sanctuary Program. This program requires
that all volunteers with children and youth must obtain two clearances, 1) A
Criminal History Check, and 2) A Child Abuse Clearance form. Each of
these clearances requires a ten dollar fee which the church will gladly
reimburse you for. To obtain your reimbursement, please submit your
clearances and/or receipts to the church office. Thank You for keeping
our children safe!
To request a Criminal Background check from the state of Pennsylvania,
you can either download a pdf copy and fill it out or you can submit this
